Receptionists will greet and interact with our customers to provide an excellent service experience. They will assist with daily set-up and staging of customer areas and maintain a welcoming environment. Receptionists will help direct customers to the appropriate departments to assist with their needs.
Requirements:Customer Service
- Greet guests immediately, in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership's customers
- Work with multiple customers at one time and maintain individual customer satisfaction
- Handle telephone calls quickly and courteously
- Appropriately transfer calls and take messages for all dealership personnel
- Handle customer concerns reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude while demonstrating our commitment to excellent customer service
- Collect mail and route it to the correct place
