Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in customer service / hospitality
- Communication skills (telephone and email); professional voice and manner
- Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Professional business appearance and demeanor
- Work Monday - Friday and every other Saturday
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound sales and service calls
- Greeting customers upon arrival and exit
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Prepared to provide elite clientele with outstanding customer service in all circumstances
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clientele and colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
