We are looking for a Real Estate Attorney to join our in-house team and perform a variety of contract tasks to support our company’s head of real estate acquisitions manager. Strong ligitation experience is a must.

An opportunity exists to work in Chesapeake, VA. assisting our acquisitions team with Real Estate Operations & Transactions Division. The attorney in this position will provide the scope of real estate transaction.
Duties of this position include drafting and negotiating documents with respect to the acquisition, sale and leasing of real estate interests, including conservation easements
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, technical drafting skills and the ability to analyze and manage litigation and transactions. All candidates must be admitted to the Virginia State Bar.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
