The RSTS Group is seeking a part-time field assistant to join our team. If you are looking for a part-time position where the hours are flexible and require no weekends, then this might be the perfect position for you! The ideal candidate would assist our agents with running items to and from our properties, running general real estate-related errands, and helping in the office with administrative tasks as needed. The majority of our properties span across Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
Compensation:$25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Running various items to and from our listing properties.
- Placing and removing lockboxes from our properties.
- Running real estate-related errands as requested.
- Helping with administrative projects as needed.
- Must be willing to work between 4-15 hours per week (number of hours will vary from week to week and will be based on current needs)
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must be willing to drive to various areas within Manatee and Sarasota counties.
- Must be willing to drive to St. Armands Circle where our office is located.
