Lark Behavior Group is currently seeking fun, energetic and motivated part-time (10-30 hours per week) Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) to work with children and adolescents in the home and school environment! Currently looking to fill cases in Van Nuys and Porter Ranch.

We provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide behavior intervention services
• Implement behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition plans, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Follow teaching protocols and data collection
• Attend team meetings
• Collaborate with team members
• Report client progress and implement feedback
• Complete accurate and timely treatment notes

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma (Required)
• 1-2 years related experience working with children is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check

Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license
Valid TB Clearance

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
