JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Perform general file maintenance, data entry and word processing support for the Quality Assurance Department. Provide support with communication systems (telephone, pagers, fax, and interoffice mail). Responsible for maintaining department office supplies and equipment. Assist in scheduling of conference rooms, arranging additional equipment required for meetings, and maintaining conference room supplies. Perform miscellaneous department support functions. This position reports to the Unit Quality Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
0-4 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Very little to no travel
Overnight stays unlikely
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math (including factions and decimals and have a solid English language comprehension). Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, word processing ability and keyboard (typing) skills are needed for this position.
