Job Overview:
Assure compliance of company-manufactured products and purchased materials to quality/customer standards and purchase contracts.
Responsibilities:
Assure compliance of manufactured products with customer requirements and Benteler standards
Implement and maintain global standards, processes, and policies
Manage/participate in audits and subsequent corrections to validate the Quality System
Resolve quality issues and act as the first contact person for customers while continuously improving the customer relationship
Manage plant Quality KPIs and initiates, if necessary, measure to achieve plant, regional, and global goals and objectives
Promote a respectful work environment and recruit, develops, and retain human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated, and productive workforce. Leads by example and lives up to Benteler’s mission, values, and global leadership principles. Uses standard HR tools e.g. the appraisal process to provide regular feedback and agree upon tasks and goals with respective employees
Provide support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.

Experience required:
A minimum of 10 years including knowledge of QS, ISO, and TS guidelines as well as IATF 16949.
Years of industry experience: Broad (8-10 years) experience in automotive quality.
You should be proficient in:
- GD&T
- Blueprint Reading
- Quality Inspection Experience
- Programming Machine Vision Systems
- PPAP Process Experience
- AS9100 Experience
Salary info:
$55.29 - $59 / hr
