Here’s what you’ll do:

• Verify all changes work as expected in the test environment and give final approval to deploy updates to the production environment.
• Process incoming help requests from customers; verifying reported issues, grouping similar issues, determining impact, and producing a detailed bug report.
• Write weekly release notes to track which updates are deployed in each release.
• Review drive-thru interactions to identify opportunities for improvement in speed, accuracy, or overall quality.
• Coordinate release schedule with our Engineering and Menu teams to ensure sufficient time has been allocated for testing and any potential risks have been mitigated.
• Iteratively develop and implement automated testing methodologies to accelerate development and progressively expand our coverage.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education in a relevant field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of QA processes and best practices
• Experience developing effective and efficient regression test suites
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and quality
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be highly-proficient in standard computer operations, but programming skills are not required
• Plus: familiarity with quick-service restaurant operations
• Plus: experience with Jira (or similar software development project tracking system)
• Plus: experience designing and building automated QA workflows

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Compensation, including salary, benefits and stock are negotiable based on experience.

COVID-19 considerations:
We work partially remote and partially in person, with team members encouraged to come into our Denver office a couple of days per week. On Thursdays the company buys lunch for all employees who are there to share it with us.
