We are a REMOTE working team and this role can work anywhere in the USA! Our HQ is in Red Bank, NJ.

About the Quality Assurance position:
Fenom Digital is seeking a talented QA for a Full-time remote opportunity. In this role you will review and provide feedback on the work we provide for our clients. The environment is fast paced and the ability to switch between clients and projects quickly is a must.

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
Perform unit, UI/UX, defect, system and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites.
Design, develop, document, and implement QA processes company wide.
Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered.
Create and document test cases and scripts for larger projects including end-to-end eCommerce site launches.
Perform additional testing as needed with other vendor applications and other Salesforce Clouds.
Contribute to an ongoing process of improving test efficiency and accuracy by influencing process, tool, and infrastructure improvements
Participate in team meetings, working with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers.

Quality Assurance Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years experience with QA
Minimum of 2 + years of experience specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Firm grasp of Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and extensions
Ability to switch between clients and projects quickly
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision with a team or on your own
Able to think critically and adapt quickly within a dynamic environment
Experience doing QA testing in SFCC (formerly Demandware) environments including familiarity with Business Manager
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, roles, and work in an agile environment is a plus
Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or other defect tracking systems
