What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma!
The primary mission of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to support quality improvement activities at the Congers facility with primary focus on customer complaint investigations and supplier quality. The Analyst performs other duties as needed related to Quality Assurance, Discrepant Material (DMR) / Lab Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, process improvement, and product manufacturing site transfers.
- Analyze product complaints. Evaluate complaint samples, investigate root cause, and generate complaint reports.
- Interface with cross-functional teams, such as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical Operations, to assist with root cause investigations.
- Support product manufacturing site transfers, including document creation and participate in test method transfers.
- Write standard operational procedures in compliance with ISO and cGMP requirements.
- Support supplier quality, including complaints with suppliers.
- Support Customer & Supplier QA as needed, including customer and supplier quality agreements.
- Support process improvement initiatives and analyze process performance to identify trends.
- Support Discrepant Material (DMR) and Lab Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations as needed.
What Aptar Pharma is looking for!
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Quality, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing industry.
- Experience in root cause investigations for manufacturing of pharmaceutical packaging is a plus.
- Good analytical skills.
- Self-Starter with good written and communication skills.
- Detail oriented and rigorous.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMPs, CFR 21 regulations.
- Able to use inspection tools, perform data analysis, and read technical drawings.
- Strong computer skills.
