Responsibilities:

The QA/QC Regional Manager is Schultz primary Quality representative to the Client. Achieve Quality Assurance operational excellent by contributing KPI information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, quality and customer standards, identifies and resolves problem, completes audit. The role typically supervises between 5-10 direct reports.

• Essential Requirements • Experience in the welding/mechanical inspectionpetrochemical/construction industry.
• • Experience in NBIC/ASME pressure vessel repairs.
• • Certified/experience AWS Welding inspector CWI.
• • Additional Certification a plus.
• • Working knowledge of AWS-D1.1, API-1104, ASME Sec. I,II< VII, IX, B31.1, B31.3, B31.4
• • Experience with GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW welding process.
• • Proficient in Weld Pro-Write, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point Preferred Requirements
• • Working knowledge of AWS-D1.0, API-1104, ASME Sec. I, II, VII, IX, B31.1, B31.3, B31.4 • Experience with GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW welding process.
• • Proficient in Weld Pro-Write, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
