High quality products are a hallmark of all the Trove Brands. The QA team is responsible for ensuring that during ongoing production this high standard is maintained. The QA Inspector(s) are the core of the QA Team. In addition to their daily inspection duties, they also assist the Lead QA Inspector who is responsible for the QA database and inputting the incoming containers into it. They also assist in doing the periodic functional testing on our released products.

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include, inspecting incoming product to ensure our high-quality standard is maintained, documenting these inspection results, and when needed, writing corrective action reports for the factory.

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• QA inspection experience.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of product.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive demeanor and professional appearance.
