Worldwide Supply is looking for an energetic and fun individual with a strong work ethic to join our Administrative/Procurement Team!

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Basic administrative responsibilities within the office
  • Share duties of handling the main operator line by directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments/personnel
  • Work closely with executives and sales team on current customer requirements and high-level deals
  • Work closely with sales support team to ensure client orders are fulfilled in timely manner
  • Source multiple equipment requests for the sales team, researching price and availability on network equipment requested
  • Negotiate with vendors for goods and services
  • Prepare purchase orders within sales management system (SAP)
  • Maintain all purchase order documentation and ensure accurate pricing, payment terms, shipping methods and special requests
  • Track all open purchase orders daily to ensure accurate delivery dates
  • Prepare accounting paperwork for vendor payment daily
  • Work closely with receiving department to ensure proper equipment arrived
  • Trace delinquent arrivals from Purchase Orders and track vendor performance
  • Responsible for the return of defective equipment with Vendors, as well as obtaining replacements in a timely manner
  • Update vendor databases as needed to ensure recent information is recorded and maintained
  • Maintain reports to ensure compliance in TL audits
  • Ability to re-prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the used and refurbished routing & switching marker is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Capable of learning new software programs such as SAP and a custom CRM
  • Excellent time management, sense of urgency, organization and communications skills; oral, written and telephone
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage a high volume of work
  • Continual attention to detail in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledgeable in implementing efficient processes and systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
