Job Title/Type: Property Services Coordinator/Full-Time
Location: Remote to: CA, NV, CO, TX, TN, AR, NC, or FL
Pay range: $15.00 - $19.00
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM, Schedule Varies and/or Subject to Change
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Document repair actions on a daily basis
  • Support the operations department
  • Maintain facility vendor and task schedules
  • Maintain vendor lists
  • 3rd party vendor management
  • Coordinate and schedule vendor bids and work (W9’s & Liability Insur.)
  • Work with city departments to coordinate inspections and approvals
  • Coordinate and schedule facility maintenance items
  • Research vendors and solutions to routine maintenance challenges
  • Update and maintain maintenance databases
  • Assist in other facilities duties as assigned

Education / Experience

  • High School required, some college is a plus
  • Self storage experience a plus, but not required
  • Customer service, retail sales, marketing experience
  • Accounting experience a plus

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must
  • General computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Internet research skills)
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Team player and can collaborate with other departments in the organization
  • Ability to deal effectively with co-workers, property managers, company personnel, and other consultants/ vendors
  • Ability to work flexible hours depending on various Facilities project deadlines
