Position: Full-time Year-round Property Manager/Caretaker
Location: Southampton NY
Schedule: Flexible to accommodate the family's needs (includes weekends, some late nights) during season; More flexible schedule when clients are not in residence, but estate must be maintained in peak condition full-time throughout the year.
Salary: $95-120K plus full benefits
Very nice couple needs full-time Property Manager for their Southampton estate. Must have hi-end Hamptons experience and possess all related skills: familiarity with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, smart home technology, landscaping and general property upkeep.
Will be responsible for sourcing and supervising work crews and vendors; pro-active, organized, good communication. Creates/maintains daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal calendar to provide year-round care of the building and grounds.
Family is mainly in residence throughout the summer, but will rely upon the housekeeper to maintain the house guest-ready for year-round visits.
During the summer season, must provide full scale help during the weekends, including assistance with parties, guest services and any and all requests to keep the household running smoothly. This is a "no job too great or small " role for a client whose staff stays with them for many years because they are respectful and kind. Looking for a special person to join the team.

Must have checkable references, drive and be legal to work in the US.
