We are looking for a responsible Property Manager/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the position include providing support to our managers and agents, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities include preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately the ideal candidate should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Duties include: creating office forms, responding to all customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and trainings, overseeing agent files, errands, handling property inspections, handling maintence requests for properties, doing monthly reports, invoicing, property management reports, maintain and update files.

Skills include: Proven experience in a professional office environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, Attention to detail and problem solving skills, Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task.

Must have knowledge of computer programs (word, excel, adobe acrobat. Quickbooks is a plus)

Looking for someone very reliable and must have transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tamuning, GU: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
