Top Southern California real estate management firm is looking for a part-time property management assistant. This position is Part Time 20 hours per week, $22 an hour- with potential to grow into a full time position.
Real Estate and Drivers licenses are required for this position. Will train the right person. Our growth leads to new opportunities for talented people.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Assisting the Director of property management in the Inland Empire.
Conducting showings and/or open houses for apartments and houses.
Marketing-posting ads for vacancies
Screening Applications
Writing leases.
Posting notices.
Conducting inspections.

Previous experience in these fields will make you stand out:
- Customer service attitude toward residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and co-workers
- Show apartments and complete lease agreements accurately
- Keep the property litter free and welcoming to guests and residents
- Collect and deposit rents, and issue late/eviction notices
- Must have own computer, and are able to learn new applications (Appfolio)
- Understand Fair Housing laws and able to apply them in real world situations
- Must have reliable transportation for banking and maintenance purposes
- Handyman skills for general maintenance preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred
Position is Part time. $22/hr
