We are a Design - Build, Landscape, Hardscape, and Pool construction company. The Garden Gate and Artistic Pools and Spas have a 23-year track record of designing custom Outdoor Living Spaces for residential homes throughout Tucson, Oro Valley, and Marana.

As the Project Manager/Foreman for The Garden Gate, you will be responsible for:

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Managing the multiple construction crews and projects, their correlating equipment, and other resources to ensure projects are completed on time and on-budget
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them as well as participating in construction as needed.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for construction crews when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with Directors to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
• Liaison between the company and the client
• Monitoring, reporting on, and hitting KPI’s
• Communicating daily with company admin to ensure schedules are current and uploading critical documents to the company’s ERP/CRM system.
• Documenting new processes and training crews.
• 70%+ of the role is on the project site

Compensation ranges from $65k+ based on experience and includes performance bonuses, health benefits, PTO, and more.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
