B. ABOUT THE ROLE
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assisting in the definition of project scope, objectives and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Delegating project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meeting budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Designing and creating spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management
- Relevant knowledge and exposure in preparing and presenting project plans, budget allocations and project performance
- Related certifications or a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of successful execution of various complex projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful and adaptable
- Willingness to work on a US dayshift/PH nightshift schedule
