Crossroads was founded on May 5, 2005 to serve a patient population battling with opioid addiction. Since its founding in 2005, we have been a physician led healthcare organization. The company has grown rapidly and now includes 90+ treatment centers in 10 states. Each member of the Crossroads team specializes in an area that supports the recovery of over 26,000 patients, monthly. Crossroads' clinical staff includes physicians, pharmacists, counselors, nurses, and other service coordinators. Along with medication management, our staff works closely with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan aimed at building recovery and relapse prevention skills.

Position Summary:

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the program.

Working Hours: Start and end times may vary some, however, this position will work 40 hours a week with marketing/ outreach efforts and be benefit eligible.

Clinic locations: Virginia Beach, Richmond, Petersburg, Portsmouth, and Hampton

  • Must be willing to travel to the following locations for work. Crossroads has a Travel Reimbursement Policy which includes mileage reimbursement.
  • The schedule below outlines the current patient hours for these centers. Candidates work with the Regional Director to confirm if changes need to be made to the work schedule.
  • Employee start and end times may vary some from patient hours based on what is needed to prepare for and close out your day. Patient hours are subject to change based on Providers' availability and business needs.

Monday - Hampton 4-6pm

Tuesday - Portsmouth 4-6pm

Wednesday - Petersburg 1pm-3pm

Thursday - Richmond 4pm-6pm

Friday - Virginia Beach 4pm-6pm

Position Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned:

  • Oversee daily program operations and offer assistance where needed, dependent on licensure and ability
  • Oversee the appropriate application and adherence to OBOT Operational Standards, as well as regulatory procedures issued by applicable regulatory authorities
  • Perform all necessary responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisor and/or the governance authority
  • Screen and interview new associates for hire as needed and submit requests for approval, as necessary
  • Orient all new associates to the program or designate appropriate supervisor to provide orientation— this includes completion of new hire policies, review of associate handbook, and orientation to responsibilities, at minimum
  • Conduct employee performance reviews, monitor personnel time, and respond to requests for PTO
  • Maintain program documentation in accordance with DEA regulations, including patient prescriptive records, physician DEA registration, physician current caseload and approved patient capacity
  • Coordinate with internal and external persons and agencies to inform, improve, or supplement service provision
  • Coordinate with Operations Support Team to address needs within the center
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Support Team and the Governance Authority
  • Apply procedures and policies outlined in program and regulatory standards to day-to-day program operations
  • Review, interpret, and reflect on changes to policies or procedures and present information to leadership
  • Manage program staff and interact positively with patients, visitors, and members of the Community
  • Conduct internal audit processes to analyze program performance in various areas
  • Function in an administrative capacity to assure necessary information is provided to patients and staff

The most qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required at minimum.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in healthcare/addiction treatment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment where patient care is the primary goal.
  • Ability to coordinate a team of 2-20 clinical assistants.
  • Ability to participate in interviews and provide input in selecting qualified candidates.
  • Regular local travel is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
