Program Manager of Mobile Services

The Program Manager will manage all aspects of the mobile services program, including outreach, development of strategic partnerships, and volunteer engagements.

Responsibilities

?
Lead teams of administrative, nursing and medical staff to achieve outreach goals
?
Provide direct (occasionally on-site) and indirect supervision to outreach teams and team leaders, with responsibility for overseeing the overall performance of the team
?
Provide day-to-day coaching to team members, hold regular supervision meetings, and conduct formal performance reviews for the team.
?
Identify professional development opportunities for team members and subordinates.
?
Provide input for annual performance and compensation reviews.
?
Use outcome data to drive programmatic decisions and identify ways to course-correct if program areas are under-performing
?
Manage the program budget and look for opportunities for savings and efficiency
?
Collaborate closely with Chief Operating Officer and Outreach Team Leaders
to achieve outcomes and implement strategies to improve performance.
?
Collaborate with external organizations and strategic partners to implement mobile outreach programs.
?
Collect feedback from customers and collaborating partners to help assess team performance.
?
Help identify program improvements and better policies, participate in management meetings to plan for performance improvements.
?
Evaluate and analyze all aspects of outreach programs, perform research, compile data, and write summary reports for executive staff.
?
Help organizations with branding, marketing, and advancement in social media. Maintain/develop the organization’s websites and social media and create promotional materials and other publications.
?
Analyze, strategize, and help develop and expand outreach programs.
?
Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other functions, travel, and work with community partners as necessary.
?
Assist in other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

?
Ability to work independently and analyze situations and independently solve business, social and technical problems;
?
Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
?
Diverse experiences with verbal and written communication skills, public speaking, and the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
?
Experience working in a team-based environment and ability to adapt to a leadership role.
?
Fluent computer skills, Knowledge of or the ability to learn various software programs required to track records and run reports, including: Microsoft Office - Access, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe
?
Ability to learn Goshen’s electronic medical records and practice management systems.

Education & Experience

?
Requires a 4-year college degree in science or business management. A master’s degree would be preferred.
Reports Directly to: The Chief Operating Officer (COO)
