What You Will Do:
- Responsibilities include working horizontally, managing large scale transformations and programs:
- Work horizontally: Collaborative across verticals with other workstream owners in managing interdependent complexities across hundreds of projects
- Sustain change: Disciplined & focused on change mgmt., working through roadblocks and keeping projects on track
- Generate enthusiasm: Develop, coach and guide initiative owner/teams through change/challenging environment
- Create productive tension: Willing to challenge status quo & challenge/push ambitions of portfolio
- Be a team player: Work in small, cross-functional teams with BCGers and clients to deliver sustainable results impacting the bottom-line
- Prepare excellent written and verbal communications to share tactical recommendations to our clients
- Set metrics and targets to measure operational performance
- Provide direction & facilitating technical discussions to build talent
Skills/Experience You Will Need:
- Competitive candidates will have 5+ years relevant work experience, be an excellent team player, and top-notch communicator:
- Bachelors or Master degree in relevant field, MBA preferred
- 5+ yrs of practical experience in program, implementation, or transformation management, capability building and change management, etc
- Competitive applicants will exhibit excellent coaching skills and senior-level written communication skills
- Direct experience leading sizable programs from ideation to planning to execution & benefits delivery
- Capability to work with individuals across chain of command
- Preferred industry experience includes retail and consumer goods
