FOCUS OF THIS ROLE
Provide a warm, nurturing, safe, and loving environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged and individuality is welcomed. Implement programs and activities that support the mission statement of The Village Academy Extended Day Services.
TO BE CONSIDERED:
- No professional experience needed - Full Training Program
- Creative and friendly with a positive disposition to inspire young minds
- Life experience or educational experience with children helpful
- Make logical judgements that are in the best interest of children
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with children, families and peers
- Reliable, organized with a teamwork mindset
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- Basic computer skills; clearly communicates in English language

- Full Paid Training to ensure success in this role
- No nights, no weekends, Monday through Friday
