The Program Director is responsible for clinical supervision of Mercer Reunification Services, Therapeutic Supervised Visitation, and the Goldston Family Services Programs, including staff supervision. community based direct consumer care and clinical review of documentation. Represents the program in the community as requested. Provides quality analysis, feedback and training on all clinical processes. Maintains positive working relationship with community agencies. Must demonstrate proficient clinical assessment, interpretive and diagnostic skills. Assist with regular audit process of both charts and procedure as well as documentation of services. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served. Must have the ability to render both office-based and home-based services.


Goldston Family Services (GFS) gives families new tools, mentoring and support, which enable parents to improve their coping and parenting skills.

Therapeutic Supervised Visitation (TSV) provides therapeutic supervised and progressive visitation between birth parents and their children with the goal of family reunification.

Mercer Reunification Services (MRUS) is designed to provide family engagement and supervised visitation services to Mercer County consumers referred by the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP). We seek to help families restore or develop social functioning by promoting positive parenting and by strengthening attachments between children and their caregivers. Our goal is to avoid future incidents of abuse/neglect of children and to decrease the amount of time children spend in foster care. Services include case management, therapy, peer facilitated parent support groups, parenting skills training, and supervised visitation.

Education/Experience:

Master’s Degree and NJ clinical license as LCSW or LPC required. CCS or ACS required. Supervisory experience required. Knowledge of DCP&P system and youth behavioral system.
