This position will be responsible for support to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and Regional Director of Operations including patient scheduling, patient care support, payroll preparation, ETO tracking, billing, staff training, compliance support, and expense reporting. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, strong planning, organizational and time management skills, as well as, the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.

Reporting lines: Report to the Director of Rehabilitation and Regional Director of Operations.

Your direct reports: NONE

Responsibilities include:

* Attendance within facility business meetings, for example Stand Up Meeting, Weekly Utilization Review meeting, etc.

* Composes and types general correspondence including memos and e-mails. Completion of therapy scheduling based on patients admitted to the therapy caseload of multiple disciplines (PT, OT, and SLP).

* Responds to phone calls and follows up a variety of written requests for information regarding patient care, patient authorization, or other therapy related needs.

* Supporting recruiting tasks such as developing/sending post cards, providing recruiting material to Regional and Area Manager, and other tasks.

Supporting Teletherapy visits to licensed clinicians by setting up patient treatment area, directing the patient based on instruction from the clinician or other patient prep needs. Additional support with ensuring patient care is completed by supporting staffing needs with phone calls, emails, or SMS messaging (occasionally).

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1+ years of experience in an administrative role

* Experience within a healthcare environment, specifically rehabilitation

* Proficient computer skills including HMIS and MS Office

* Excellent communication skills

* Professional demeanor and service-oriented attitude

* Self-starter: ability to be proactive, anticipate needs and action accordingly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
