Job Title: STRYV365 Program Coach

Reports to: Caroline ZuHone

Location: Indianapolis

FLSA Status: Part-time/non-exempt

Salary: $20-$30/hr

Summary/Objective:

The STRYV365 Program coach facilitates the implementation of STRYV365 curriculum and programming in Indianapolis through work with a variety of partners and stakeholders.

Lead Trainer / Program Coach:

• Implement STRYV365 curriculum for direct service partner programs.
• Develop, implement, manage, monitor, assess, and/or oversee programming in collaboration with applicable stakeholders
• Coordinate and ensure quality control for all trainings for instructors, mentors, volunteers, and community partners assisting in programming.
• Participate in planning and execution of events and community outreach and engagement with the Program Team
• Work closely with STRY365 leadership annually to evaluate and enhance programming to stay current and reflect industry trends
• Collaborate with community partners, advisory board, and staff on strategic plan and enhancement of programing
• Supervise the volunteer database and continue to recruit volunteers as needed
• Assist with partner training as needed.
• Prepare equipment and locations for programing
• Create meaningful and impactful relationships with youth.
• Provide a safe environment for youth.

Development:

• Collaborate with Indianapolis Community Liaison on programming and marketing opportunities within Greater Indianapolis.
• Build rapport with program partner and act as the main contact for specified partners
• Manage relationships with partners and key point of contacts
• Discover areas for growth and evolution for programming
• Program scheduling throughout the year, which includes planning the programs from start to completion.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management principles when required
• Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of programming procedures
• Work with STRYV365 Staff in Milwaukee and Chicago to ensure consistency across sites.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners in Greater Indianapolis.

Qualifications:

• Preference for having played a sport as a collegiate athlete.
• Experience working with children in an athletic setting (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
