Knowledge of public administration; accounting; employee training and development; supervision; public relations; agency policies & procedures (MRM, ODNR)*; government structure & process (federal, state, local)*. Skilled in word processing (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook); equipment operation (calculator, computer). Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts & draw valid conclusions; add, subtract, multiply & divide whole numbers; use proper research methods in gathering data; develop complex reports & position papers; gather, collate & classify information about data, people or things; handle sensitive inquiries from & contracts with officials & general public.
