POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of line management, you will have the responsibility for ensuring the timely and profitable delivery of sold client products including, but not limited too; print materials (small and large format), bindery, packaging, promotional items and temporary signs with high accuracy and quality. Oversight for managing to Service Level Expectations (SLEs), profit margins and driving operational and process improvements. Management and facilitation of rush jobs, issue resolution and driving up quality. Must have a passion for servant leadership, mentoring and developing direct reports, team associates and cultivating a growth-oriented culture. Must be client centric and will be the front line communications with our customer service team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focusing on details overseeing the preparation and production of materials to meet daily/weekly orders
Supervising and directing staff on production floor
Training, coaching, and working along-side production employees
Set job specific priorities in keeping with deadlines and client needs
Committed to adhering to timelines and delivery dates
Distributing labor assignments within and between lines to meet daily production requirements
Managing and tracking the production process and maintaining daily production records
Facilitates the daily production meetings
Assisting with actual production, when necessary
Building strong relationships with vendors and internal partners
Maintaining proactive production related communication channels throughout the production process between all resources (internal and external)
Managing and enforcing company safety protocols
Performing quality control and improving gaps
Interviewing and hiring for open jobs

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field or equivalent experience

Work Experience:
Required, 5 - 7 years manufacturing/production experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity
Required, Leadership roles with direct people management responsibilities

Very strong analytical thinking and critical thinking capabilities
Strong communication skills both verbal and written

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Working at computer and sitting for long periods of time.
Working on production floor, signage shop and shipping area
Walking, lifting (up to 30 pounds),
Capable of working weekends and/or staggered shifts, as required.
Vision abilities are required to proofread at close vision and confirm correct color and focus.
