Hi, my name is Julian and Paint Pals is a painting company here in Colorado. We started in 2009 and are anticipating significant growth for the year 2023, and are looking for another Production Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The Production Manager acts as the main communication hub for painters and homeowners. You are responsible for having all resources available for the crews and homeowners to ensure each painting job is completed smoothly and satisfactorily.

You will receive new jobs from the sales team, and from there take over communication with the client. You then assign an appropriate painting crew for each job and are responsible for the job completion and customer satisfaction. If any issues arise, you are responsible for resolving them. Full training and appropriate resources will be provided. The first year you will only be dealing with exterior painting.

During the slow winter months you will manage crews to hang up Christmas lights.

Requirements

• Being bilingual in Spanish and English
• Painting Experience
• Ability to work full time and some weekends

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
