Job Details

- Ensure daily operations of our manufacturing facility in accordance with all safety practices
- Maintain highly automated manufacturing equipment
- In depth understanding of all manufacturing processes, protocols, tooling change overs
- Lead through example, setting the standard for all employees to work towards
- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve and exceed production goals
- Work with leadership to improve processes, equipment, work environment to continuously improve our Company.
- Proactively develop and implement production improvement processes and standards
- Operate state of the art manufacturing equipment and maintain premium part quality
- Move material through varying processes
- Constantly checking visual and dimensional quality of the produced parts
- Ensure all products meet “Alpha Grade” standards
Requirements
- Must have a passion for perfection!
- Be a servant leader, set the example through your actions
- Reliable and on time daily (this is critical)
- Training will be on our swing shift, 10am-8pm; switching to nights, 2:30pm-12:30am.
- 3-5 years of experience leading a manufacturing team
- 7-12 years of working with highly automated manufacturing equipment, thorough experience with controls, HMIs, PLCs, Servos, pneumatic systems.
- Experienced in mechanical/automation troubleshooting
- Experienced in electrical control board troubleshooting
- A desire to learn and add value throughout the company
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum 40-hour work week with mandatory overtime
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs over their head consistently throughout the day
