SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Production Coordinator will work with the producers on our Western Development team and our external partners for the development one or more game titles for Nexon Inc. and its subsidiaries. The Production Coordinator is expected to playtest titles and provide thoughtful feedback on in-development titles. This role also provides support to our internal user experience group where needed.

We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the team with project coordination and production support services
• Proactively inspect new content added to games in development
• Research and provide reports on gaming trends
• Work with and provide assistance to the UX team to coordinate internal studies
• Conduct hands-on research of competitor titles, generating detailed reports on the gameplay, player experience, and learnings/applications to our own projects
• Other duties assigned

Work Experience

• 1 - 2 year(s) of work experience
• Gaming industry experience preferred

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with game testing is a plus

Knowledge/Skills

• Strong interest in video games
• Strong project and time management skills
• Knowledge of game trends is plus
• Alpha/Beta game testing
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Great attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of video editing
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office and Google Suite knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Honesty and Strong work ethic
• Aptitude to learn quickly and effectively
• Ability to remain focused in a team-oriented environment
• Experience and familiarity with multiple gaming platforms and genres is a plus
