As a Production Associate you will do a variety of tasks, work at a manageable pace and experience a team environment. We should point out, this is a physical role, meaning you'll be sorting and stacking wood and other materials.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Learn the sizes and grades of material being sorted, and how to use a calibrated tape measure
• Stack loads of wood and materials
• Identify poor quality material and place in appropriate location
• After training, operate equipment such as chops saws or miter saws

You will be successful if you:

· Are on time to work and have good attendance

· Can physically be on your feet working on concrete

· Appreciate a team approach and environment

· Put safety first and value producing a quality product

· Are at least 18 years of age or older

Even better if you:

· Have previous manufacturing experience, which could qualify you for an even higher starting wage

· Have a high school diploma
