Production Assistant (1st shift)

Hourly + Monthly Incentive Plan

$500 bonus available for New Hires...$250 paid after 3 months & $250 paid at 6 months (must be an active employee in good standing to be paid bonus)

Seeking self-motivated, hardworking, and lively individuals to help the momentum of our culture continue to grow. You will participate in the everyday manufacturing process. No experience necessary, but a williness to learn required!

As a Production Assistant you are given the opportunity to:

• Learn the basics of the production floor by being a helper to our production team by cutting cores, setting up boxes, and reviewing Press work orders for Ink & Press Needs.
• Assisting in the finishing department to make sure our products are finished on time and to customer specifications.
• Helping with production data for various customers with lot traceability, barcode generation, and material movement.

The Individuals in our Production Assistant role should:

• Be Technical & Detail Oriented and have the wiliness to read various measuring devices and work with various tools
• Want to work as part of a TEAM
• Be able to Read and communicate in English
• Set high standards for all health and safety regulation
• Be able to consistently lift 15 lbs.

Typical Work Schedule:
1st Shift = Monday thru Thursday 5:30am to 4:00pm w/ 30 min lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
