$16.00 - $18.50/hr (depending on experience)

Position Objective:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing, attracting, hiring, and onboarding talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will have a passion for connecting people with roles by building relationships to bring the best talent available to Schwazze.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift.

Assisting in order fulfillment of processing flower.

Break down flower batches into specific weight increments and package them efficiently without degrading or damaging the product.

Ensure printed labels are properly adhered to all necessary packaging.

Perform consistent packaging techniques.

Must maintain and contribute to a proactive and positive team environment; maintain a positive attitude and self-motivation to meet and/or exceed daily and weekly goals.

Alert management of any issues immediately.

Must show up on time for work every day ready to work.

Responsible for daily cleaning and organizing of packaging area and equipment.

Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed an/or requested by their direct manager/lead; this may include but is not limited to assist leads and managers with small tasks.

Able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedures, and technique.

Time management: employee must manage their time during work efficiently to meet daily and weekly goals while consistently producing quality product.

Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.

Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work well with all members of their team and the company, as well as with their managers and leads.

Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally with various audiences.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees, upper management, and other departments.

Ability to perform a monotonous task with great efficiency over 8-hour work periods without losing quality or ability to track properly

Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous cannabis experience preferred, not required.

Previous packaging experience a plus.

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to obtain state issued MED Badge.

Must pass any and all required background checks.

Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Must obtain and retain a state-issued MED badge.

Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (50+ pounds with assistance), may include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching
