Salary Range: $16.15/hr. - $21.76/hr. 20% add-on pay

Salary placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

Behavioral Health Worker
Behavioral Health professionals are responsible for providing direction and counsel to individuals who are dealing with behavioral health challenges such as mental illness, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. Behavioral Health Workers work in teams with other specialists in providing recommendations for a patient's behavioral and emotional care.

Where We Need You:
True North provides Intensive Residential Treatment to individuals whose lives are affected by the use and abuse of substances. Our residential program provides up to 45 days of intensive treatment to men and women 18 years of age and older. We take an individualized, harm reduction approach which helps us meet people where they are at and support them in a successful recovery. We provide residents therapy, support, structure, and life skills training that help build a healthy life and reengage in our community. Finally, our collaboration with other programs such as Withdrawal Management, Crisis Response Team, Intensive Outpatient, Medication Assisted Treatment, and Recovery Support Services allows the people we serve many supports as they navigate recovery.

What You Will Do:


  • Advocating for people in recovery
  • Provide emotional support
  • Build Community and relationships
  • Mentoring and setting goals

What You Need:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver's License

What You Will Get:

  • Annual Flu Vaccination
