We are looking for an experienced and passionate Preschool Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education, be able to lead a team of teachers and staff, and have a passion for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that the preschool meets all local and state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are providing quality instruction to students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and families.
- Develop and implement strategies to support student learning and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,856.00 - $44,549.00 per year
