Hello Arbuckle! We are opening our Crunchy Munchy Chicken location inside our brand new Poppy Market in just a few weeks!

Position Summary

Seeking a cook to produce one of the tastiest chickens there is, Crunchy Munchy Chicken (CMC). CMC Training is available but some cooking experience is needed. Cook will need commercial kitchen experience and follow proper kitchen procedures. Cook would have little interaction with customers at check out. Main object is to cook hot fresh food for customers and at times can be fast paced. Learning the process to cook per CMC specs is very simple. Primary Responsibilities

· Provide Excellent Guest Service

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Qualification Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred

· Able to meet all scheduling commitments

· Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong written and oral communications skills

· Desire to be part of a performance-driven team

· Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

The Crunchy Munchy Chicken prep / cook position requires constant standing, bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds are required.

Additional Requirements:

· Must be 18+ years of age

· Must be able to work various shifts and days of the week

Employee Incentive:

· Employee that is with us for 6 months to 3 Years = 0.10 cents off Gallon of Fuel

· Employee that is with us for 3 yrs.- 5 yrs. = 0.30 cents off gallon of fuel

· Employee that is with us for +5 yrs. = 0.40 cents off gallon of fuel

· MAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK
