POWERPOINT SPECIALIST

Kokomo, IN

OBJECTIVE

The PowerPoint Specialist will generate presentations to assist with storytelling , pertaining to business transformation and project progress on a large heavy industrial construction project. This specialist will have an opportunity to make a real-world impact through their highly efficient communication skills. This specialist will have the opportunity to regularly communicate with business stakeholders, directors, and executives to collaborate on the presentation of project initiatives. This specialist will be fully immersed in the strategy behind these efforts. A presentation specialist designs and develops presentations according to the company’s guidelines and works to conceptualize topics and present them clearly and concisely. These individuals are experts in graphic design and the presentation of visual information.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Designing and creating complex presentations graphics, charts, graphs content for PowerPoint slides
• Setting up for meetings/PowerPoint presentations through requests
• Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations according to advertising standard within tight deadlines
• Create original graphic content for distribution
• Quickly respond to multiple last minute account group, creative directions, and multiple rounds of edits
• This is a 12-18 month assignment on a large heavy industrial construction project site

CORE COMPETENCIES

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PowerPoint presentations in an advertising, marketing, business development or executive assistant environment
• Experience in self-led role where tasks have been successfully navigated with little or no direction
• Must be comfortable operating in a high stress environment, moving quickly, managing multiple projects and expectations, and communicating directly with executives and other project leaders creative when required
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
