Duties and Responsibilities (Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to):
- Power washing cleaning
- Perform other duties as needed (Emergency calls, cleaning out vacant buildings or clearing debris from demolition aftermath)
- Driving and utilizing navigation/GPS to locations
- At all times, wear and carry photo identification- visible to public while on duty
- Perform other duties related to the goal of PBS Facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Driver’s license required
- Driving record in good standing, must be approved by PBS abstract process
- Ability to exert moderately heavy (up to 50lbs) physical effort in moderate to heavy work, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
- Ability to adapt and be flexible, as work environments and duties may change
- Must have open availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Detailing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
