Openings are available for a postdoctoral research associate or more senior researcher as part of the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation's Emergent Phenomena in Quantum Systems initiative (EPiQS) The initial appointment will be for one year, with the possibility of annual renewal for up to a total of three years, conditional upon satisfactory performance and funding. Qualifications include the completion of Ph.D. degree by the appointment start date, outstanding research in theoretical condensed mater physics appropriate to level of the position, and the ability to identify and pursue research problems independently while working well in an interactive and dynamic setting.
