Job Profile:
Provide professional customer and guest service in a timely, courteous and efficiently accurate manner. Pool /Beach Attendants provide towel and services followed by amenities, food & drink service menu.

Job Description:
Must be able to lift 50lb.
Maintain the pool/beach area in accordance to set standards.
Maintain proper inventory of supplies, towels, umbrellas, amenities and other items required for service delivery.
Greet and welcome all guests and members.
Setup chairs & umbrellas in the morning (pool deck).
Carry and install beach chairs, cabanas and umbrellas for guests (beach).
Physically able to carry paddleboards, kayaks and other beach items as needed.
Control and monitor activities on pool deck/beach.
Handle cash and credit card transactions.
Perform side work including the folding of towels and preparing of amenities.
Clean service areas as needed including general pool/beach areas.
Follow all company, hotel safety rules and procedures.
Participate in all scheduled training and orientation meetings.

Job Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lb.
Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Must have a professional attitude, you will be dealing with high-end clientele.
Must be comfortable with outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
Outgoing, friendly demeanor.
Must enjoy working with the public.
Great verbal/communication skills.
Highly responsible.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Available to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
Bilingual a plus.
