This position is a hybrid position in our Phoenix, AZ business office. The onsite work will be in the clinics developing relationships with the students doing clinical rotations and our current physical therapists.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-2 years of experience in high volume recruiting
- Must be tremendously outgoing and love to talk to people
- Must be highly organized, engaged and a self-starter
- Experience using an ATS, posting jobs, and sourcing
- Souricng for physical and occupational therapists
- Developing and posting Job Descriptions
- Networking through industry contacts and universities
- Setting up onsite interviews
- vetting any sourced candidates over the phone
- Managing the recruiting process
- Organizing and coordinating student/resident interviews
- Assists with student placement and tracking
- Recruiting PT Residency & Intern candidates
- Attending networking events and local career fairs
- Other HR related responsibilities/duties as assigned
