Contract Physician - Positions available in All Hope Service Areas
Physician to serve in Hope Service Areas. Responsibilities include overseeing care and treatment in Care Centers (Hospice Houses) during weekends or as PRN. Collaborate with field teams in care needs. Must possess a valid Florida Medical License and valid Florida Driver’s License. M.D. or D.O. from an Accredited Medical School. Hospice and Palliative Medicine trained and board certified - highly preferred. Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine also a plus.
