We have a an exciting opportunity for an entry level PT Aide or technician who seeks to transition to an administrative or office position. This is a chance for you to be part of a growing team from the ground up with a product that embodies physical therapy delivery of the future!

As a Clinical Documentation Associate with Luna, you will have a unique and inspiring impact by:

• Supporting established administrative workflows to charting team operating efficiency
• Utilizing Luna’s proprietary system that connects with the EMR, therapist and patient mobile apps, and communications with Luna therapists across the nation
• Participating in process improvement, proactive feedback, technology gaps and opportunities where our culture expects all voices contribute in the journey
• Develop independence, competence and reasoning skills to follow through on assignments.
• Contributing to our culture of exceptional customer service through timely administrative duties including but not limited to generating reports, gathering requested charts, track and monitor data as required, etc.
• Supporting the Charting team manager & the charting team with execution of quarterly/company goals.

You will be a good fit if you have:

• 1+ year of experience as a Physical therapy aide or assistant, or healthcare background
• Attention to detail; adaptability to work with in fast paced environments with problem solving mentality and positive attitude
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
• Appreciation for healthcare technology and Luna’s unique position in the marketplace
