Pharmacist (Floating) Job at Sandhills Medical Foundation, Inc.
Sandhills Medical Foundation (SMF) is a patient centered medical home with pharmacies located in Kershaw, Jefferson, McBee, Lugoff, and Sumter. Our pharmacy is currently seeking a full-time floating pharmacist to join our team. Hours will include shifts from Monday-Friday between 8 AM - 6 PM. Candidates should be responsive to community healthcare needs by providing quality and comprehensive healthcare.

Job duties to include:
- Accurate and timely medication dispensing to include, prescription entry, filling, final verification, dispensing to patients
- Interpreting orders and exercising professional judgement regarding appropriateness of prescriptions
- Transferring prescriptions to/from other facilities
- Counseling patients on medications
- Comply with all applicable legal rules and regulations
- Maintain up to date continuing education and licensure
- Inventory management

Job requirements: Must have BS or PharmD degree, active licensure in good standing in SC
Preferred qualifications: Experience in a 340B facility, minimum 1 year pharmacist experience
