· Act as the point of contact for vendors, housekeeping, groundskeeping, repairs, purchasing of supplies, etc for multiple homes across the country and executing payments.

· Book personal and business travel, attending to all accommodations, reservations, excursions, and itineraries, from start to finish. Care for adjacent participates (family or guests also traveling).

· Plan accommodations for company related appearances and ensure all needs are met and prepared ahead of time.

· Extensive calendar management of both business and personal commitments.

· Attend to financial needs regarding overseeing and opening of accounts.

· Assist with hobby of photography by transferring footage, assisting with lens selection and editing.

· Light travel as needed.

Experience:

  • 5 years as a Personal Assistant
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
