Personal Assistant Job at San Antonio Poker Palace
Personal Assistant to work with the Owner of San Antonio Poker Palace and our Boba Tea Store
Task are as follows:
1. Excel work: Financial Reports, Vending, payroll calculations, employee attendance point system.
2. Shopping for both store locations (Sams club, HEB, Restaurant Depot). Your own car will be needed.
3. Social media marketing for both business ( Facebook, Instagram)
4. Customer relations: Via text to new members. Follow ups
5. Scheduling employees both locations:
6. Inventory tracking for both locations:
7. Ordering alcohol from our beer / liquor vendors, tracking inventory.
8. Employee paperwork organizing
We will have a set schedule each week and this is a full time job paid bi weekly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
