Busy Mortgage company CEO, seeks Executive/Personal assistant to facilitate the efficient and effective functioning of his day-to-day operations and activities in Los Angeles, California.

This position will encompass a hybrid of home office domestic responsibilities, that is coupled with executive office business duties. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, exercise good judgment, and possess above average organizational, administrative, writing and verbal communication skills.

Additionally, the position requires working attendance at two locations, about 10 mins apart. Work day will begin with duties at the C.E.O.'s Home Office for the morning hours, and conclude at the Executive office location, after lunchtime, for the afternoon hours, a few blocks away.

Successful candidate will be required to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive personal and company information, financial documents, records and personal information at the highest level.

Home Office Duties are to include:

  • General household maintenance, water plants, walk and feed the dog, arrange for Medical, Auto Repair and Vet appointments, deliver and pickup dry-cleaning, schedule and make arrangements for various vendors as needed, cable, pool service, cleaning, and other necessary home repairs, etc.

Executive Office Duties are to include:

  • General clerical and office administration duties, sending faxes, emails, answering and making phone calls, reviewing documents, reorganizing, labeling and filing documents and file folders appropriately.
  • Tracking and replenishing office supplies for various needed items, including toner cartridges, paper supplies and other breakroom supplies.
  • Researching and aggregating information for various organizations for diverse purposes such as establishing new Lender relationships, marketing purposes, video presentations, graphic designs etc.
  • Contacting and scheduling vendors for various office needs, such as repairs, cleaning and installations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a executive personal assistant preferred.
  • Have proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
