Responsibilities of the personal assistant will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating travel, accommodations, and other logistic arrangements
- Ensuring timely handling of bill payment and similar obligations
- Maintaining and managing agendas and calendars
- Extensive scheduling
- Running errands
- Completing other tasks and projects, as assigned
- Day to day to duties to be assigned
Requirements:
- Personal Assistant experience to high net worth individuals
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information professionally
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
- Efficient, hard-working, flexible and energetic
- Computer Literate, MS Office
