Mancini Beverage is looking for Trade Development Sales Representative - Rhode Island

Mancini Beverage, one of the oldest and most established beverage distributors in the Northeast, is looking for a focused, hardworking Sales Rep to join our team. As the Pernod Ricard Trade Development Sales Representative you will be responsible for the on/off premise execution of this portfolio and its priorities by leveraging all the sales and marketing tools available at distributor and account level. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, performance focused, customer driven.

Trade Development Sales Representative Compensation

  • $60,000 - $65,000 annual compensation

Trade Development Sales Representative Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • Available to work some weekends
  • Able to work the Rhode Island territory

Trade Development Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Work with sales managers, sales representatives, and supplier personnel in the planning, development and execution of brand programs and activities in the on-premise, with some off-premise exposure.
  • Implement and ensure the execution of the on-premise brand standards and objectives at the key account level to include distribution, securing drink menus/lists and account activation. Accomplish this through personal accountability and effectively communicating missions and expectations with the sales teams
  • Assist in creating, executing, analyzing, and tracking all brand on-premise programs
  • Assist with establishing and tracking brand sales incentive programs
  • Assist in the development of monthly business drivers and war room activities
  • Provide analytical support to RID manager and related suppliers
  • Keep informed of competitive activity in the market and communicate to management through solution based process
  • Manage time and schedule in order to execute work-withs, working the trade and managing key strategic accounts across the on-premise 3-4 days per week

Trade Development Sales Representative Requirements

  • A four-year undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Prior sales experience (2 years), retail experience (2 years), and restaurant/bar experience (2 years) necessary.
